I hope everyone is looking forward to summer fun. Cookouts and lots of sailing! I've been very busy lately with school and my new business, Take on Life, that I started earlier this year. Also, over the summer I will be redesigning the website for a London 2012 campaign.
The term "Paralympic" was derived from the Greek word "para" and means "next to" or "alongside" the Olympic Games. Held every four years, the Paralympic Games directly follow the Summer Olympics and are held in the same venue. These games represent the best disabled athletes in the world.
Selected by US Sailing as one of the three leading teams to campaign in the two-person sailing event in the 2008 Paralympic Games in Beijing, Team Eagle’s goal is to bring home a medal for the US. While competing in the two-person sailing event, we will represent our country, sponsors and supporters with sportsmanship, honor and skill.
